Orders may be processed in any of the following ways:
An order confirmation will be sent promptly. Our e-mail response has been automated but orders are being entered promptly. To reserve a doll, if you have ordered from us before we will only require your name to reserve items. If you are a new customer, please provide us with your name, telephone number, address, e-mail address and credit card information/expiration date and the three digit code from the back of your credit card. Our shop telephone number is (218) 984-2072. You will not be charged until your doll is shipped, and you will be notified via e-mail with the UPS tracking number when the shipment is made. Address: Diane's Dolls 7514 Heikkila Road Embarrass, MN 55732 I will do everything I can to earn and keep your business. There is no sales tax charged on out-of-state sales. In stock items will be happily exchanged or a store credit given if you are not pleased with your selection (please see below). Items (other than clearance/special order or Holiday-themed items) are returnable for store credit if we are notified within five days of receipt by you and the item is shipped back to us within the following week and is received in its original condition with all packaging. Items which received free shipping will have the cost of shipping we paid plus the box cost deducted from the store credit. Box costs are generally running about $2-$3. It is requested that Diane’s Dolls be notified via e-mail or telephone message of your desire to return of an item received within this time frame. Store credits are good for 6 months. Special order toddlers will have a $50 deposit charged when the order is placed. The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to a substitute item. Please note all pricing is estimated pricing and may vary slightly due to manufacturer's changes in pricing to us as retailers. Shipping costs are also estimated and may vary slightly due to fuel surcharges, rural area delivery charges, etc. Most of the product we are carry are premium branded merchandise of the collectible nature. There are, however, subtle manufacturing differences in individual dolls, etc. Such differences might be in wigs, eye lashes, face paint, etc. Such variations are common in manufactured lines and are not considered defects. While we will happily exchange your purchase for another item (same or different) if you are unsatisfied with a wig on a doll, we do not consider this to be a factory defect in a manufactured line. We consider manufacturer defects to be items be things such as: two eyes in a doll in which one is blue and one is green, etc. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and are happy to exchange an item for you, however, we cannot refund shipping costs unless we consider the item as truly defective by the manufacturer. Sales are final on special orders and clearance items. It is requested that Diane’s Dolls be notified within 5 days of your desire to receive an exchange or store credit for the return of any item. We will ship internationally to the following countries: New Zealand, Canada, Austrailia and England (Great Britain). Please note that actual shipping charges will apply to these orders AND insurance costs. If you request an order to be shipped without insurance, Diane's Dolls will not assume responsibility for the package if it becomes lost in transit or damaged. Free shipping does not apply to international shipping. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for free shipping on most items. Items under 3 pounds marked as free shipped will be sent with free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, however, shipments over 3 pounds will have shipping charges less a small credit comparable to what it would cost us to mail the same package to another state. Many times shipping to Hawaii and Alaska on a large package runs us two to three times what it would cost us to mail the same package in the United States. I am sorry but to remain competitively priced with specials for the collectors, I cannot credit postage on exchanges/returns. Happy Collecting!
